When we entered it had a rating of A and when we left it had a B.
Never had a problem with them charging for a few pieces left on the plate but I wouldn't push it. Tables are a little close together for an intimate setting- which I did not mind with the company I was in. We ask the waitress can we replace it with fried rice.
Not worth it at all.
We came here for sushi rolls, but instead we got eye rolls from the waiters and waitresses (3). .css-1o5pw2t{width:24px;height:24px;display:inline-block;vertical-align:middle;position:relative;overflow:hidden;top:-0.1em;fill:rgba(187,186,192,1);}.css-1o5pw2t::before{position:absolute;display:block;left:0;}.css-1o5pw2t::after{content:'';display:block;position:absolute;left:0;right:0;top:0;bottom:0;}.css-1o5pw2t svg{position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;fill:inherit;display:block;left:0;top:0;right:0;bottom:0;}.css-1o5pw2t:hover,.css-1o5pw2t:focus{fill:rgba(117,114,128,1);}. All you can eat sushi for $25. We didn't even wait for the food because it was so gross, we just paid left them a tip for our drinks and left to a different restaurant. After being seated, you circle what you want on the menus, and you can keep requesting as much as you choose for the same fixed price. My daughter, husband, and I tried the noodle and it was not good. They told me I could order something else but I would have to be charge for that as well. Staff seemed friendly- but not very knowledgable. This place is always busy but they move quick so don't worry to much if you see a line. Say all you want about all-you-can-eat sushi and what a trap this is.
The waitress and the manager said we can’t send the noodle back cause they...already cook it and I have to be charge for it.
Green tea? Stopped by while in the area on business and really glad that I did. Rude. You can mark however many pieces of sashimi you want but they seem to randomly give you what they feel. I Had to eat my dinner shooing flies away the entire time.
Are the prices at this restaurant mid-range / moderate? I have never been to a restaurant where I was force to pay for a meal I didn’t like. Sushi is okay. The food is awesome! Go, 33 other reviews that are not currently recommended. Kind of defeats the purpose when you go somewhere for the sushi though. Very good quality ingredients, professionally prepared, served quickly, and the price cannot be beat.
Fast service, fresh fish and great tasting.
$20 a person all-you-can-eat sushi. But for $23 a person don't do that! We had asked about several items that we didn't see on the menu and each time we asked, they responded with a furrowed brow and obvious confusion. They didn't know what crab rangoon, thai iced tea, or fried ice-cream was. You just have to deal with some of the worst customer service. It was packed as normal for a Friday night, with about a ten minute wait for an indoor table (they do not have outdoor seating). It wouldn't be AYCE without all the trimmings. Won't return.More. on tons of sushi for $20 this is your place! Their customer service is horrible & sushi is not worth it. They'll also try and push you out quite quickly; enjoy it and don't rush! Came here for the first time Saturday night for AYCE. Great "all you can eat" Sushi to get our sushi fix.
a mess it made me worry about what the kitchen was like. The staff was rude though.
My son didn't like his noodles. This place used to have a A rating on the door , now it's a B rating which made me hesitant about going in.
My husband & I always see the restaurant as it's right across the street from where we grocery shop- and we finally decided to give it a try.The ambience was nice, soft lighting. $20 a person all-you-can-eat sushi. A super delicious and clean spot, Sushi Palace is nestled into a plaza with Starbucks, DSW and others. That too. Made my boyfriend and I both sick to our stomachs. Waiters and waitresses are kind of just... there. Never go again, and never let my friends go again!. Couldn't throw a couple of sliced mushrooms in it? This was our fourth visit. It is best to start with...less, and order more as you finish what you have ordered.More, Sushi Palace looks run down and its always busy with people who want quantity not necessarily quality! Unit 15, Orange, CT 06477. Brave the slightly sketchy-looking exterior and enjoy the world that has been opened to you. I absolutely love sushi palace, and this location is my favorite.
Enjoy! This location offers the same quality of food as the Hamden location in a much larger space....So glad to have found this chain!More, We visited here as we had an excellent meal at Sushi Palace in Hamden.
The restaurant is very dirty, Stinky and everything is broken. Learn more. We ordered 3 kani salads and they gave us an actual tower.
Even the non-sushi/sashimi dishes are super reliable and yummy. The rolls are made with a lot of rice but you know the deal, it's their way of filling you up with filler.
