I was thinking back to the good old Rockman x100 days; multiple sounds, decent size, easy to get to controls. Little gadgets with one or two sounds was all I could find. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. The effects aren't very nice sounding. It is great for just playing around - and an amazing value for beginners and advanced amateurs who want a versatile multi effects device with an intuitive interface that rocks right out of the box, but gives you plenty of room to find your own voice. The most fun you can have with a guitar for $70.

I'm a total novice.. been playing pretty consistently for the past 3-4 months or so. The 30-second looper and rhythm features are great for practice - and activating the built-in tuner is as simple as pushing both pedals simultaneously. Read honest and unbiased product reviews from our users. Took me an hour or so to get everything set up and figured out, but once I did, I couldn't believe the amount of tones I was able to replicate by playing around with these different effects - and how good mostly all sound.

Once you've overdubbed (which you can do multiple times), you can't back the layers back out one at a time, like with more expensive loopers, and like you'd want while performing.
