That said, there were times when they put me in a sweater and then a suit jacket. When I was in those outfits, I would have to take the jacket off because I was running around all over the place and getting too sweaty. Regardless of all that, I think Christian and I did a lot of work for which we deserve to be really proud, and I’m very proud of our builds on the show. For me, that was one of the hardest moments in the whole experience. It’s something to build on your own, but a completely other thing to meet the community behind it. So, we got to not just build alongside many of the people who had become our peers, but also got to hang out with them a bit. The other big takeaway for me is that a build story should tell itself from the first glance at it, which is something I have always strived for. Obviously, looking back on challenges where we faced more critique, or for example the challenge that sent us home, there are things I would have done differently.
